Refund & Return Policy

The return policy is applicable only if the product is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Product with damaged print or manufacturing defect will be accepted for return, it needs to be in the original packaging along with the invoice. Customer shall inform getmyposter about the damaged product within 24 hours from the time of delivery. The buyer needs to take a picture and send it from registered email id as proof if the delivered product is wrong or defective.

 

Replacement can take place only if:

1. Product received has been damaged during transit, not in its original condition, unfinished or with printing error.
2. Customer care needs to be informed about the damaged product within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
3. The replacement request with valid proof (Buyer must provide photo proof of the damaged product).

 

How does Replacement Process Work?

1. Enclose a copy of the invoice and state the reason why you are returning the item(s) in the email to customer care, in order for us to arrange for the return of the product
2. After you have returned the product (re-packed in the original packaging) you will receive a notification via email concerning the ongoing return process
3. Our team will verify if the damage is genuine and is covered under these scenarios before replacing the same.
4. Once the return has been initiated. Depending on

 

Product replacement but not in stock?

1. In the case of a product eligible for a replacement and if the same product is not in stock, customer may opt for a different product of similar value or top up the difference.
2. If the seller does not have the same product in stock, your amount will be refunded as soon as possible.

 

What if I am not happy with my poster?

We can process a refund for a poster before it goes to print. You can opt for a refund when we share the digital proof with you for approval. Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are printed without any extra costs. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account statement depending on your bank. Once you approve the digital proof and order us to print it, then there will be no refund.

 

Please Note:

Products may not be eligible for return in case customer orders a wrong product, makes mistake while choosing the colour or accidentally made a duplicate purchase.

 

Due to the personalized nature of our products we take extra care that customers are notified of any quality issues. It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to email inquiries from customer support. Failure to respond may result in the order being cancelled or delay shipping to the customer.
