How do I design my poster?

Select a template from existing film poster designs. Upload your image & preview the rough mockup using our poster builder tool. This poster builder tool is created to keep customisations and adjustments smooth in the photos for everyone. After you lock the image, add your credits and place the order to get your printed film poster. The final product will be finished like a professional film poster in a high resolution format.

What sizes do your posters come in?

We offer a wide range of poster sizes to choose from, including small sizes for trade shows and large sizes for events and displays. Our standard sizes include 18x24, 24x36, 27x40, and 36x48, but we can also create custom sizes to fit your needs.

Can I upload my own images to use on my poster?

Absolutely! Our movie poster generator and creator tools allow you to upload your own images, graphics, and logos to create a custom design that truly reflects your style and message. And maye your create a poster for your favorite film

What types of materials do you use for your posters?

We use high-quality materials to ensure that our posters look amazing and last for years to come. Our standard posters are printed on high-quality, glossy photo paper, while our premium posters are printed on durable, heavyweight cardstock that is suitable for framing, with smooth user interface you can design your own movie poster

How long does it take to receive my poster order?

We offer fast turnaround times on all of our poster orders. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available for rush orders.

In what quality should I upload my picture?

Your picture should be minimum 2 MB in size or 2000x3000 pixel in dimensions. You can upload it in JPEG or PNG formats. You can use modern phone cameras to click the pictures. We also recommend to check properties of images taken from the phone cameras so it matches the required size and dimensions. In case your image is not good enough to be used in a high resolution print ready file, we will notify you before it goes for finishing.

Are you going to use getmyposter logo branding on the final printed poster?

Yes, our brand logo will be printed on the poster. But it will be in a very small size, printed at the bottom left or right corner. It won’t disturb the design in any way.

Are you selling original posters on getmyposter?

Yes, all our posters are created by our in-house design team. All the posters templates are protected by copyright on this site.

How soon will I get my order from getmyposter?

Once you place the order and your uploaded image is good enough to go for finishing then you will get a digital proof in two days. Printing and shipping generally takes 5-7 days after you've approved the digital proof.

Can I see my poster before it goes to print?

Yes, you will receive a digital proof in your email address. From there you can send it for print or ask for changes.

Do you sell framed posters?

No, Not yet! We are only selling printed posters at this stage.

In which format the digital file will be provided?

The digital file will be provided in high resolution JPEG, TIFF and PDF format. A RGB color profile.

Can I ask for multiple revisions before print?

You can ask as many revisions as you want, but keep in mind that it takes our design team a little bit of time to make the changes.

Is cash on delivery available on getmyposter?

No, not available.

In which currency the prices are available?

It’s available in Indian rupees (INR).

Can I send my picture for a feedback before I make the order?

How will I confirm that my order is placed successfully?

Once your Order is successfully placed, we will send you a confirmation mail from Getmyposter.com, This will inform you regarding all the details of your order.

Which payment methods are used on getmyposter?

We accept a wide variation of payment providers; PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Google Pay.

I would like to buy something, but I don’t reside in India, can I buy from getmyposter?

We are currently shipping printed posters only in India. Outside India, you can buy a digital file and print it yourself.

Do you provide film poster design services for entertainment Industry or for personal use purpose?

Yes, we have a dedicated team to provide you the best design solution possible. Whether it’s a film, web show or personal use. You can send us a reference or send us the brief.

Are you closed on holidays?

Yes, we are closed on these listed bank holidays in Indian calendar. Republic day, Holi, Independence Day, Diwali & New Year.

Can I license a poster?

How a printed & digital poster is sent?

We will ship your product through reliable courier services and it will be delivered to you right at your doorstep. Our team makes sure your shipment reaches as it left our office. Our tubes/boxes are sturdy for protection. We provide 12x18”, 16x24” and 24x36” inches size in prints. Also, when you order a digital file it will be delivered through your registered email address in jpeg, tiff and pdf format.

Can I modify the poster templates and use them without permission?

Taking screenshots or saving images from the website for personal or commercial use without our permission is strictly prohibited. It will force us to take legal action against the offenders. All our posters are copyrighted.

What if my print is damaged?

We take extreme measures to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. However due to the delicate nature of these products, in rare circumstances items can arrive damaged. If the package is fine and you discover after opening that the artwork is damaged, please contact us immediately to rectify the situation.

All damaged art inquiries should be sent to hitesh@getmyposter.com with the subject line “Damaged film poster” followed by the order number (i.e. Damaged art: Order# 00123). You must also include a digital photograph of the damage. The contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products.

The posters must be returned in their original mailing tubes, and in their original packaging. Please note that the cost of returning the product to Getmyposter.com is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Upon return, the article will undergo a quality control check and once this process is over. A new poster print will be shipped again to your address.

Please note, you will get a new print. There will not be any refund!

What if I am not happy with my poster?

We can process a refund for a poster before it goes to print. Once its printed then there will be no refund. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account statement depending on your bank.

To play it fair, we would like to advise you to choose carefully, we do not give refund simply because you changed your mind. Printed products will not be exchanged or refunded.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your poster order, which is why we assure you a 100% satisfaction. If you're not pleased with your order for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it accurate as per your demand. So just relax and gift poster design to your loved one!!
